Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to applicable conditions. After review and confirmation of an issue attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, return, or other reasonable solution without additional cost caused by that error.

Submit a change or cancellation request as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update or cancel an order before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packing, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.
